Pregnancy Yoga with Jai

The weekly classes will include birth preparation, active positions for labour and Caesarean births. Help with pregnancy alignments such as backache, pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and sleep disturbance. Whilst keeping you strong and healthy during your pregnancy.

What you need:

Bring water & wear comfortable clothing

Bring a small pillow, blanket for comfort

Restore your Core - Postnatal Yoga with Jai

Practice includes safe exercises for mums after pregnancy, baby massage, singing and mum (dad) and baby yoga. We help support and restore you post-pregnancy with safe exercise. We have specific exercise for separated tummy muscles (diastasis recti), pelvic floor, backache & shoulders exercises, yoga will help promote better sleep and bonding with your baby. Our classes help your baby’s development and improve digestion and help prevent wind, colic and constipation.

What you need:

Bring water & wear comfortable clothing.

Bring a small pillow & blanket for you.

Bring a small pillow, blanket for comfort for your baby.

Muslin cloth for baby

Baby’s toys

You are able to feed and change your babies during class.

Sling for Baby if you wish (really good if you baby has reflux or doesn’t like being on their back or tummy)

Vinyasa based with some longer Hatha style holds in there to allow for a deeper connection with the breath and also to give space for alignment. Each class will be physically challenging with a meditation at the end, also focusing a lot on core as it’s not only important for yoga asana but also for general life off the mat.
