Flow Yoga with Yogalife

Flow classes link breath & movement in a beautifully but channeling yoga class. It is excellent for building upper body strength and flexibility as well as being great for the core muscles.

Restore your Core - Postnatal Yoga with Jai

Practice includes safe exercises for mums after pregnancy, baby massage, singing and mum (dad) and baby yoga. We help support and restore you post-pregnancy with safe exercise. We have specific exercise for separated tummy muscles (diastasis recti), pelvic floor, backache & shoulders exercises, yoga will help promote better sleep and bonding with your baby. Our classes help your baby’s development and improve digestion and help prevent wind, colic and constipation.

What you need:

  • Bring water & wear comfortable clothing.
  • Bring a small pillow & blanket for you.
  • Bring a small pillow, blanket for comfort for your baby.
  • Muslin cloth for baby
  • Baby’s toys
  • You are able to feed and change your babies during class.
  • Sling for Baby if you wish (really good if you baby has reflux or doesn’t like being on their back or tummy)

Physio led Pilates with Emma Wild

A Pilates-Physio fusion class designed to optimise core stability, postural awareness, flexibility, prevent injury or long term conditions such as arthritis or back pain but also kind to joints due to low impact. It’s gentle but also challenging, providing the perfect workout.

Led by a qualified and specialised physiotherapist, this is a group class with a very personal approach as classes are tailored to each individual within them and only 15 mats per class.
