A Pilates-Physio fusion class designed to optimise core stability, postural awareness, flexibility, prevent injury or long term conditions such as arthritis or back pain but also kind to joints due to low impact. It’s gentle but also challenging, providing the perfect workout.
Led by a qualified and specialised physiotherapist, this is a group class with a very personal approach as classes are tailored to each individual within them and only 15 mats per class.
On the last Saturday of the month Pilates will be followed by brunch and refreshments.
