After an amazing first two weeks of classes and feedback, we have devised a brand new class timetable at more accessible times, with sessions for everyone.
Our morning classes will now give you an extra 30 minutes in bed, but also allow 45 minutes to get to the office, and grab some breakfast from our deli along the way. Our evening classes have been pushed back to make allowances for those with later finish times to come and wind down after a long days work. We have added extra weekend classes to allow for more yoga brunching and also added Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga classes for new and soon to be mums.
As an introductory offer, we will be offering 30% discount on food for all guests dining in the restaurant after evening sessions on Monday through to Wednesday. Bring the team down, do some yoga & stay all night.
We are now offering Corporate Wellness packages and half day retreats for teams of all sizes, incorporating breakfast, lunch or dinner and focusing on increasing positivity, productivity and wellbeing within the workplace.
